Figures come from closed Brokermint files by closing date. Office net is the company's share after agent splits; average split is office net ÷ gross GCI (goal 20%). Deals whose commission breakdown has not been pulled yet show as missing commission data — their gross counts, their office net does not.

Straight from the Brokermint files already stored in the dashboard's database — no Brokermint API calls, so it is safe to use all day. Agent payout is the sum of agent commissions on the file; office net is what the company kept; finalized is the date the disbursement was finalized in Brokermint (blank until it is, or when only the summary record is stored). Files marked missing have no stored commission breakdown yet, and a date marked ~ is known to the month only — a background job pulls the full Brokermint record for a few deals every 20 minutes (the API allows about 100 calls an hour for everything), so both fill in on their own within a day.

Admin can do everything here, including adding another admin. Full access can view and change accounting data. Read-only can view but never change anything — every write is refused server-side, not just hidden.
Deny keeps the account on the list but blocks it at once, existing sessions included. Remove takes it off the list. The broker account is always an admin, and you cannot change your own row. Disabling an account on the Command Dashboard also blocks it here.
